Good, save for the weird head. Odd angle, odd size, lack of detail.
Love the detail on the clothes. The dress shading is bad, though.

Elizabeth from bio shock! This was a request from Fapperr and i went for a more pin up feel. Tell me what u think or where i can improve and if u want me to draw something follow me and make a request on my wall under requests!
EmeraldPhoenix nailed just about everything. This is just my opinion, but my only complaint would be the shadowing of her collarbone area. I feel with as much of it done as it is, her neck is almost non-existent.
Aside from that, love the route you went with her
Not bad, But keep an eye on proportions, her head is very small compared to the rest of her body.
(no not compared to her boobs, which are really huge, but thats personal opinion)
Her arms are also much longer then should be, Since she seems more to be leaning sideways then bending over.
Try some foreshortening, from the way you drew her you should see very little of the neck.
Keep in mind the way the clothing wraps around her body, her skirt doesn't seem to follow the way her leg is placed.
You made one real mistake, look next to her chin.
A fair effort, but compared with earlier work I think you can do better
Thats enough nitpicking from me, but you asked for what I thought you could improve.
