I say go for it! I always thought your pixel art would make great video game images. You really know how to make every pixel count, as this one demonstrates. If you got really creative, I'd bet you could even incorporate the effect into gameplay somehow.

I think it's great when someone takes some tools that are commonly seen as "something done wrong" and makes a good (/justified) use of them in their favour.
I can't recall playing any game with ('intended') anti-aliasing "raw-pixel" visuals, so it would be fun to see how it would work!
(Also it only weights 4.4 kbs!)
