This is a re-imagining of what i thought of Dig Dug as a kid. This was made for my CBlog on Destructoid.com You will be able to find it in my updated news feed soon. If you have a minute to spare, full view it, look at the detail and please if you dont mind i'd love a review.
I feel like this particular picture was a bit of a learning experience and want to know what you guys think. Over all else enjoy the picture.

This is the most helpful review i have ever received. Thank you.

Oh man. Nostalgia up the ass. I loved Dig Dug so much, hell i still love it! And after reading your blog thing, this is pretty damn close to what you described there. The details of each of the creatures are phenomenal. I also assume that the eggs were part of your Aliens phase that you mentioned in your blog. the soil is spot on. I love how there is magma at the bottom of the screen and whatnot.

Few thing though... You mentioned that the little baddies, not the Fygars, but the other ones (can't remember their names), were previous explorers of this lost planet. Why does the main character's suit seem INFINITELY smaller? Also... You are on Round 3, where are the flowers at?

Other than those minor details, this piece is right up your alley with the color scheme and such. Although... It was pretty nice seeing the magma's bright colors to offset all the doom and gloom of the setting.

Damn good job as usual.

5/5 10/10

Carrion responds:

The pookas are bigger than the character because they are suppose to be bloated mutants, their suits on the verge of unraveling. And i added flowers.
Thank you for the review!

awsome picture!

Carrion responds:

Thank you fine gentlemen!
