It was raining that day, and I sat alone in the school courtyard. I cried out because..I didn't know what to do with my feelings. I felt humiliated for being..me. So I didn't feel at all for a while and then..I felt like a ghost. Hey, it's easy to turn on ourselves. A lot easier for those that feel like they don't have a voice in any of this. So we need reminders to know we exist, that we're capable of so much more than we're seeing right now.

So I want to remind you if you're feeling unheard, and unseen, that you're not alone in this. That if home is where the heart is, and there is no home, come and sit with me sometime. Spirits have a way of lifting things, and you would be surprised how far we desire to take you. We only have time here, and you're worth every moment of it.
