The winding forest where life comes through
The darkened fox chases away the rabbit, I remember you
" I hate everything about you because we're different. " the fox said true
" That is why this forest will be empty a hare. " the rabbit said, I remember you
What were left of the rabbit were tears left upon a leaf fallen new
And the fox for a time felt contentment in absolute, I remember you
But the forest needed every bit of life, Without the Rabbit the green withdrew
Until others could not remain anymore, leaving the same, I remember you
But not the fox because for him the forest were all they knew
remaining alone amongst the dead trees and tears of the rabbit, I remember you
In the silence of day and night the Fox lost their mind as dread grew
Until a stranger came so long years later to kneel, just them two
" You kept the tears. Did your heart change?" The fox whispered" ...I remember you. "
