Good colors and nice dream-like atmosphere. It still looks like a sketch, though. She doesn't seem to be actually holding the instrument, and I'm not sure what she is supposed to be feeling. Anger? Sadness? Boredom?

This is beautiful and I love the colours. Break up the reflection some around the ripples would be a nice touch. Also distorting the fabric below the water subtlety to account for refracted light. Good job!
