Wow this looks great, anatomy and pose are very well implemented.
It's funny however that the differense between this and the rest of your stuff, quality wise, is big.

You shade better in black and white than you did in color (I know I am seeing the pictures in reverse order). The lighting is a bit inconsistent. What might help you a bit is to get a wooden doll model that artists use to help with drawing poses- it can be used to figure out the shading.
