Marge has the upper hand.

Marge probably has fire,ice,water,thunder,poison,light and dark attacks scince we don't know her character's level.She also might have healing spells,potions and maybe some spell to turn pepole into animals.
Lois might have a strong offence but she's slowed down by the weaponds she has to carry while Marge only needs her staff.
In the end,Marge just needs to spam magic spells and healing spells.
