Upvoting to cancel out the derp below who apparently doesn't know who Donna Tubbs is. The character has a big butt. It isn't meant to be offensive. Also there isn't anything wrong with a woman having a big butt. You, supergandhi64, are the one throwing the race card here --- NOT THE ARTIST.
On topic; this is a nice blend of the artist's own style with the character. I don't quite like the way the lines on the face turned out; but I think that's more of my own view of the character clashing with the artist's and is in no way detrimental to the piece or C-Rocket's vision of the character.
Nice piece, nice character, hope to see more from you.
I also super wish you'd draw a Nico Robin to go with the Nami (One Piece) art you posted a long time ago. Regardless, it's really nice to have you back and posting stuff on Newgrounds again.
