This here was a pleasent and soft character the floating element was really nice seems like more backround effects of lighting would have been cool too but other then that this was a nice art piece and character

A new Pokemon? ;) The drawing looks good, simple and smooth. The way her hair is drifting away the wind is almost perceptible. She looks happy too, and the sun shining on a cloud.. that's something different! Obviously the sun always shines on the clouds, but still, this is something new. I'll probably never look at clouds the same after this! :D Harmonious work!
