It's been years since I uploaded a fractal to NG, but honestly, I really like this site. To herald my return, a new fractal, meant as a wallpaper, with space for your desktop icons.

Hand-blurring the edges was relaxing. I could have rendered the fractal in a higher resolution, but that would have been smart and I'm not about that life.

.flame on request, but it's nothing fancy. I used a lightly-weighted blur 1 linear 1 triangle to "light" the fractal, I neat trick I found on accident.

Made with Fractron9000 and GIMP. Fractron9000 is an abandoned-but-complete-enough program that uses your GPU to render fractals in real-time, and it's enough like Apophysis7X that the switch should be easy.
