Done with photo reference to study colours, gestures and basic structures. Speedpaint done under 10 Minutes, which left me no time to clean up. I've also tried to use some texture brushes and a photo element (the earring and a braided strand of hair) but gave up on it shortly since I don't yet understand how to use them properly.
After doing this I came to the conclusion that I'm not yet ready to work under time pressure and I need to give myself a time window, rather than a time limit to improve on my speed.
