Nothing special really. I simply just remodeled/cleaned up the Gruntbot enemy from my Chao in Space flash series in Paint. This one has claw-like hands and an actual NECK that connects its head to its torso :O. It isn't perfect, but it is a hella huge improvement over the original one I used.

Of course I am, this is just a revised sprite for the GruntBot! It looks MUCH better than the original.
