Earth's transgression

Share

The moon hangs just thousands of miles from Earth's upper atmosphere, like an imposing death-star. It's outer protective shell, which would later become covered in craters, appears smooth, and tiny lights can be seen speckling its surface. Cigar shaped mother-ships come in and out of its docking stations, piloted by Lyraen faeries who extract gold from the Earth, and deposit it on the Moon. Likewise, Earth can be seen thousands of miles away, luminously pristine and abundant beyond imagination.

Now thats cool

So anything in outterspace is cool for me but this piece has some nice detail within it and surrounding details so this was a special piece for me

~X~

In an alternative place and time... or maybe in a time before our time? The Earth seems like more land than water, maybe the side facing the moon that pre-historic continent that covered all, and the moon brand new and resilient, not but the rocky remnant we see today, civilication still hiding beneath its grey dust? It's an inspiring picture, inspiring and beautiful! Nice work.

bryanwr responds:

It was thought that around that time, which was billions of years ago, Earth was still within the fourth dimension, and even may have have exited the fifth dimension not long before that. So in a sense it was in an alternative place and time. The reason I made Earth mainly land was because I believe in the expanding Earth theory, so I needed to include that element. The new Moon would help pull Earth apart and cause her expansion over the course of billions of years, and take her down in vibration into the denser third dimension simultaneously.
