This is the latest (and best) in a series of concept illustrations depicting robots based on the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. It is likely the only one I will post on Newgrounds (the others can be found at brokenegg-dot-deviantart-
dot-com), unless I decide to do updated designs of the rest.
Pestilence makes up for its small size and lack of heavy weaponry with unsurpassed (among the Four themselves) speed, and devastating anti-infantry capabilities.

The skull was inspired by the idea of a plague rat. My first attempt at it just ended up looking like General Grievous. Then I did this version, and was much happier.
