This loong, or Eastern/Chinese dragon, is helping itself to an elephant it's killed in some tropical highlands. My premise was that the Chinese based their mythical creature off some heretofore undiscovered species of giant, predatory monitor lizard that hunted large game on some Melanesian island. As for the landscape, it's supposed to resemble the highlands of New Guinea.
