Must be careful to title...
I say this because it often happens that people use titles very "impressive" for works that after all are not really up to it.
If it were not for the fact that you say it in the title, I would have barely thought this was hell, you can not expect that someone seeing a human silhouette in front of a cave that gives off a red light, immediately thinks to hell, I usually think of hell as a place where people are forced to suffer terrible tortures for the rest of eternity and beyond ...
The point is, or you modify the title or the image (which also should be improvement in the drawing).

Who's to say what is any persons personal hell? Who are you? God? did you design hell personally?
If anything, this is my artistic portrayal of what it "might" look like when you walk through the gates of hell.
I know nothing of what it may look like. For all I know it could be every single part of your life that terrifies you, or it could be every fear.
