Dash can't fly as fast horizontally. Plus, Sonic has more surface area on his feet, which means more time is spent on lift.
Sonic could probably win by rolling, cause then he wouldn't have to waste as much energy, and he would always be moving. Dash could probably win if she started from a high distance and descended at an angle. (she has trouble doing a sonic rainboom, even at an angle, so I doubt she would be able to pull it off in a race). Bitey has a longer body than sonic, which means that he could lean further for more velocity.

My money is on the dashkin.
