Cool! I like this style, keep it up!

I really love the static air look in the foreground, it gives the fortress more of an ominous look. Then having all the lights shown being red gives any pegasus or alicorn unfortunate to go there a very bad idea of what is going to happen and become of them. The story sounds silly on paper but seeing what it would be like first hand with a psychotic Rainbow Dash would be really scary. Nicely done fan art of the facility, I like it.
