my only concern is with the eyes staying at the same height. As if her face never moved. kinda creeps me out actually. I mean, she does turn her head, so why doesnt the face follow? The small lowering of both eyelids was good thinking, but the eyes themselves should follow the rest of the head, just as the hair and ribbon does. it's almost a 45 degree angle, right? The more I look at it, the more confused I get about her eyes.
Hair feels a bit rigid, I'm not complaining, there is nothing for me to point out there.
Why is she.... mad? (before "noticing") Please make a story!
I like how the crease in her clothes follow with the movement. Same for the ribbon. It's awesome. I can only praise you about the blue cord. Even though it took me a short while before noticing the cord...
your skills have improved by a LOT since I started following you in early 2012. I miss Melandy a bit though... I enjoy watching you evolve.
This is from an amateur artist but... Why is the shadow over both the shoulders and ponytail, but on the side and below for everywhere else? I get the head's shadow projection, but unless the light is coming from just above her bangs, isn't both shoulder a bit too much?

its not supposed to be a complete head turn, just a slight movement which is why the eyes dont change too much...perhaps i moved the ponytail a bit too much ^^
she is sitting in a bus stop place, and that has a roof thingy, which is why the shading is like that...come to think of it, i should make the entire ponytail bowtie and back of the hair dark too. that would make it look better ^^

haha , actually i do plan to make a short animation that is like a generic slice of life anime ^^ .it will take a while but i hope the result with look like a real modern anime ^^
