One hell of an improvement, love the sketch outlines, it gives the artwork some much needed style.
Though, the boobs are so far apart that it's kinda ridiculous. The arms are positioned quite well, and agree with the rest of the body.
Even though i hate Yoko for the fact that one of the only reasons she's even there in Gurren Laggan is just for some pointless fan-service that I, personally think will be the death of the anime industry, i think she is a good way to learn dynamic poses, and learn how to make bad fan-service anime characters.
Good work, and don't stop improving!
