but where is his second arm, isn't he sopposed to HOLD the gun, not have it as his arm?? just wondering.

His arm is behind him holding the handle of the gun which is also behind him and the gun is pointing out from behind him towards the agent. In essence, his leg his hinding his arm and handle of the gun.
