My last drawing of the year 2010. Did a lot of thinking and research before actually making this image. I hadn't done any digital paintings for over 4 months. I bought Marko Djurdjevic's art book and read the entire book in a day and took some of his advice found in it. Mixing graphic design elements with digital illustrations and using colors carefully.
The lines are very messy in this image as I was getting annoyed of coming up with a new concept so I made this without wanting to perfect it. It turned out pretty nice.
You say messy, i say part of the Art.
I love it. everything is greatly done, and i feel the "messy lines" in a way, fit the look. Only reason i gave it a 9 is simply out of personal opinion; the "i got soul" text felt out of place, and i wish the background had detail. they felt rushed into place for filler, which is alright.
Note: Those issues don't fully reflect your talent of digital art and drawing, so 10/10 based purely on the woman and her beautiful hair :P.
