I say this because the elite's armor is way more advanced and its weapons are much more superior. Plus its active camo is less suseptable to malfunction.

This concept needs more than just a drawing. I would love to see this fight play out though. I can see how either of them could win out over the other though. Elites are militant and work in groups. Predators are proud and don't tend to work in groups unless it's necessary. Elites have better technology (energy weapons vs weapons made of alien metal/ alloys) The Predators however, seem to come from a warrior society so, one Predator could very well take on a small squad of blue or red elites.
I'd say it's a tossup though *shrug*

Master Cheif, cause the one thing we do know is...BOOM-headhalo. predator has plasma gun thingy, elite has 2 swrds, and Cheif had a good ol' Pillar of Autum =D. if i had to chose a weapon, it would be Autum.

i believe the elite would win, no contest. he just has that vibe that says, 'im pissed off. i spilled my coffee on my pants, got hit by 12 cars in a row, lost 3 jobs in one day, and got robbed. im not in the f***ing mood so stay ou of my way!!!!!' thats how i view it.
You know, seeing them side by side, theres actually ALOT of similarities....like seriously alot.
And i bet ALL my money on predator.

hahaha yep they are very similar. If you notice Star Craft, Halo and AVP are somewhat the same in terms of factions:
Protoss / Zergs / Humans
Predators / Aliens / Humans
Elites / Flood / Humans
ima guessin the guy with the funny mouth wins. :3
I Think Elite would win Because he Has two Plasma Swords. They rule.
