Imagine that you wanted a small and healthy snack. You grab for a banana and start to peal away at the skin. As you open it you hear a high pitched "WRARRRR!" and your banana starts to struggle. You realized that you have a mini Velociraptor in your banana! Within the minute that you were watching it wag its head and flail its arms, the skin and flesh starts to decompose off of its face. You stand speechless as you watch it slowly stop moving and die. Then, you proceed to consume it and reach for another banana. :D

That's my story... Made with WATERCOLOR!!! :)

Edit: Yeah~! Front page! Flails arm! ;D Thank you people~!

Impressive

Pretty impressive....but it seems like the raptor has fur, instead of feathers...

bloominglove responds:

Yet again... Thanks for the input about the fur...

Nice and Historically accurate

Those suggesting your depiction of a dinosaur is inaccurate are in not versed in dinosaur evolutionary history. Many dinosaurs had fur and the theropods (raptors like what I think you depicted here) that evolved into birds had relatively thick feathering. T-Rex had feathers as did many other dinosaurs that looked like him.

Why thank you! :) I feel less silly about my furry Raptor. Thanks! :D

Well done.

Your train of thought is somewhat reminiscent of Dada and Surrealist artists. Probably best use of Velociraptor in recent times since Raptor Jesus. Your technique with colour is nothing short of phenomenal. Well done.

Don't feel bad about the 8. It means that it's awesome. I only give 10's to Dali and Gormley.

Thank you for a great review! :)

Can I live inside your brain?

Congratulations for combining two of the most awesome things in the world: velociraptors and bananas :D
Seriously, amazing. Both from an OMGBBQAWESOME! standpoint and a general art criticism standpoint.
