I too have Illustrator CS4
And I find it very frustrating.
Seeing something like this made with it is inspiring because it's so awesome and gives me hope that I could do something like this soon. Good perspective and coloring, I don't understand why he's happy that he dropped it though.
he's a bit crazy... lol
do try pathfinding, it'll help alot.
the shortcut for pathfinder is CTRL+SHIFT+F9
work hard n u can do better than me :D
