FULL VIEW IT!

Here's another one inspired by "Flowdreaming" by Summer McStravic.

Basicly, she leads you through a guided day dream in which you feel yourself in the natural Flow of the Universe, and your own personal flow.

Kinda like meditation but quicker, and you just space-out into a day dream, see what you want, feel good, etc...

Ever heard of the expression "Go with the Flow." or "I'm in the Flow." or "I feel your flow." etc.? Yeah, it's kinda like that.
