Well, this is kind of a take on some sort of Terminator i guess lol
After watching the very dark preview of Tim Burton's new movie "9" (its awesome. go watch. http://www.youtube.com/wa tch?v=2SGI-IEV0xM) and listening to the song used in it, Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria, i drew up this Anti-Black robot. We'll, my brother suggested the title for it (thanks bro XD) But basically, its a robot made after Black to pretty much wipe out whatever it is commanded to. If anyone here has watched Afro Samurai, its the same principal as the Afro Droid.
So yesh....this can officially be labled as a boredom drawing that evolved into something i can use in Black's actual story :D

As for Tim Burton making the 9 movie..he did'nt make or directed it he just produced it.

i like the lighteffects, they're not so bad as i have seen on others.... but you got lucky and there's enough of them. i hate overusing something.
but i see how you did the backgrounds so simple, but so good! it fit's with the character almost perfectly, but something only seems to be a little annoyning within the character when comparing... something disfit's with it.
overall the pic is simple, but very nice. i like pics like that.... simple and great.

Something about it is just to good...
Lets start with the background. I like how simple yet very attractive it is. The main guy is very well drawn but two things stand out. His right arm (left for us) has odd lines behind his bicep. His other arm looks a little out of place, but not by much. The part of the arm below that blends in withh the background a bit.
Enough nitpicking this is a great image and you are a great artist. I hope to see more from you.
