Pattern

The last of my concentration pieces and my largest colored pencil piece. I used marker, colored pencil, and a significant amount of water color pencil in this one. This is my absolute favorite. I'm framing it somewhere in my house once I get it back from the AP test judges.

I actually had a hard time telling exactly what this thing was. I now realize it's a guitar. What else can I say? This is one of the most beautiful looking pictures I've seen here. It's so great because it shows so little of the actual object. It's left up to your own imagination to fill in the gaps.

I don't know if that was the intention. That's just what I got from it. This looks like it could be the design for a doorknob or something. It's like the extension cord for a hair dryer. There are just so many ideas that come to mind when looking at this. Thanks for the creativity!

This is a beautiful piece. The colored pencil looks great and the detail is amazing. The composition of this is really nice, very appealing. You should do good on the AP test. What is your concentration? I'm also and AP art student, I love hearing what others concentrations are, if you don't mind of course.

I got a 4. The breadth half of my portfolio wasn't very good. Most of that is probably on dA as well.
