Stylistically and graphically this is really sweet, I really enjoy the color pallet too, Battman and Robin remind me of someone I can't think of who.

I am not entirely sure -how- the Bat-Man beat Superman here, but it also seems possible to me that Superman merely gave up to protect himself from further bowtie related abuse.
