This is my dog that passed away 'bout a year ago.
For this painting I had a reference photo, that's why it turned out pretty well
with the colors and all.

Realistic
Not sure how you do it but you made thia very realistic and just a nice piece i would say ad some backround but you really outdid yourself with this piece anyways enough from me keep doing what you do

Good job! And what a pretty dog, I love the background, but also the detail around the mouth, that is always the hardest part for me when i draw or sketch dogs!

Sorry for your loss! The dog (no name?) looks so kind and humble in this picture, to the point where it... almost looks depressed somehow. Very realistic brushwork on hair and color. Nice work!

The dogs name is/was Hannibal.
Interesting name for a dog I guess, but the was very nice and playful.
