Good gracous, the facial appearance creates fear, wonder and a certain degree of excitement. The eye appearance is the best feature; the clothing is also neat.

I'm going to give two opinions here. The first, from a totally neutral artistic standpoint: this is great. The hair is very interesting, the shading is well done and it is quite realistic.
The second is from my personal point of view, because this is a character that I designed: the smile bothers me. It's not her smile, she likes to show much more teeth than that.
