YouTube banner commission for Taurtis!

This was really, really interesting to work on. I got a much more consistent workflow out of it than usually, but actually working on it highlighted several of my weaknesses: Interior architecture (especially with a vague light source), expressing volume with only light shadows, working with vibrant colors. I hope I'll get a few training sessions in this weekend, because man, this picture could have been a thousand times better if I was any good in the categories mentioned above.
On the bright side: always good to have clear goals ahead!
