I don't know why but this was a really tough one to draw, I went through 3 different sketches and even finished the linework on one of them before I scrapped it and came up with this version. I put her in a slightly altered pose from the classic sailor moon stance and I used a few reference images from sailor moon to try to create a similar style character.

Overall, despite a few mistakes, I'm pretty happy with this. Looking at the references helped me learn a few things that i'll probably try to incorporate into more of my art going forward.
