Wow, this is a cool piece. I like the colors. I'd recommend removing/cropping out as much of the non-artwork as you can. You want all the attention on the created artwork, not your beautiful yard. :)
Galaxy Skull

So, back when I thought I could try to paint. (This is actually two years old) I painted the skull and rose.
Recently I looked at this and thought "Hmmn... This could do with a background!"
So I did.
I used masking fluid to ensure I wouldn't get any blues on the old painting and using a mix of water colours and acrylic paints i made a back ground for it!
Super happy with how it turned out now.
