I made these little Galaxy and Nebula drinking coasters by hand and the mess they made makes me want to cry. Basically, I made them using wood, watercolour and acrylic paint. Once dried I mixed up the Liquid Gloss Varnish (Resin) and poured that over to seal it and give it that plastic/glass like protection. I added some adhesive felt underneath to make sure it doesn't slip and slide under your beverage. They need to cure for three weeks now.
