Mech

I suppose this could be considered "fan art" although in reality I went through a short "Mech fascination" stage in my life, and this was the most convenient reference material that I had. I was inspired by the Mech from the North American NES box art. Which is still one of my favorite video games. I wish I was brave enough to add color to it. This sketch is done in pencil.

Now here was a nice drawing you have here even though kind of small is still pretty good you could make it bigger or with some fancy borders

Could always try coloring it digitally, that way there'd be no harm to the original if it gets quirky. :) It's a neat drawing, high-tech and detailed! Wonder if you had any reference or just drew straight from imagination (in which case the details are all the more awing in drawing)? Keep it going!

Thank you for all your kind words. I did take inspiration from the cover art of one of my favorite games, ** MetalStorm ** on the original NES. I do wish I had more talent at using computers to put color on a PC to my work. I'm kind of old-school... but I do remember how much I enjoyed drawing this. I would love to see someone who knows more about modern computers color it... just for fun. Thank you so, so much for taking the time to notice. ^.^
