this colour looks fine! in the simpsons the trees are purple and the characters are yellow, do what ever you think looks good!!!

Your simplistic style is very eye catching, and a real inspiration to me. This is a really good start but even something this simple could be a lot more detailed, it's just a matter of cleaning it up. Keep up the good work and I hope you put away some time to do something that might not be as big but shows what you're capable of.
