A-kon, a huge convention in Dallas, TX, commissioned this poster design from me in 2005. They wanted something very different from the posters of the previous years. The poster was hung at local business' around Dallas, Texas, mainly at the Game Stops since they were a big sponsor of the convention. Knowing that before hand I went with an all out video game theme. References mostly from my own favorites; Tomb Raider, Zelda, Final Fantasy, Phantasy Star Online...
