Very nice, but the direction in which the two left limbs (those of the right side of the picture from the viewer's point of view) are positioned in a way that makes it difficult to tell which of the two limbs belong in the front and which should be in the back. As far as anyone can tell, they are two limbs coming out of the same shoulder, or the black limb is coming out of the creature's neck. Based on the shape and color, it appears as though the black limb is a back leg, but it's positioned in front of the tan limb. However, if the black limb was the front leg/arm, then the tan limb is facing over ninety degrees to the side. There is no indication of the limb being grisly shattered and contorted, so that is most likely a natural placement of the limb, which should only be possible for the front arm. It shouldn't help, however, that said tan limb appears to be shaped like a foot at the end, whereas the other tan limb is shaped like a hand.

There is also no indication as to what the two brown mounds on its back are supposed to be, to the point where they may even be oversized buttocks.

Lastly, although the tiny locks of hair on its head here and there is accurate to how spiders have hair, the spaced out and tiny amounts of it that exists cause the detail to make the creature seem more... childish. Same goes for the two "main" eyes, which are shaped so that the bottom is larger towards the sides of the head than towards the center. These two details together grant a childish and innocent effect to the creature that, while in some cases can lead to it being creepier, in this case takes away from the whole horror and creepy feel to the monstrosity.
