Kinda cool. I see what your going for, but it has a few flaws. The head could better desined, and the hair spike on the top needs to come down a bit. And the last thing is the eyes. I feel like they need a bit more detail.
Its still over all a pretty good character.
The expression on his face was very well drawn.
