After seeing the movie Raising Arizona (if you haven't seen it, it's great! Not what you'd expect from the Coen Brothers but I loved it) I wanted to do a piece on Gale (played by John Goodman).

This is the first time I've made an illustration in Photoshop only, pretty new to the program so I learned a couple of new tricks about brushes and lighting. Did the entire thing with a mouse since my Wacom broke a few months back. Used a screenshot from the movie as a reference pic. Took me around 9 hours.
