This reminds me of an Old picture my uncle had in his living room, it was this style put it was lord of the rings. I loved that picture.
I like this style of drawing, its stoic looking.

I find it very reminiscent of Odin but only insofar as the great beard, rugged fur clothing and the fact that one eye is shadowed, which could be interpreted as a missing eye. But from both the standpoint of an art lover and a mix of Nordic and Druidic Pagan I gotta say that I absolutely love this.

That is great work. I love the fact it is half colored in. It gives the effect that it's materializing from nature. I could see a druid doing that

I really like your style, it reminds me of my grandfaters art style, albeit a little less angular. I too felt the pic looks a little like Gandalf, but that's not a slight, its still an original drawing.. Plus Gandalf kicks ass, so even if it was him it'd still be awesome :P
I love the depth and the detail in this.. defiantly be in my favorites you have some mad skillz.... keep it up :)

Great piece. What first caught my eye was all the fur the man was wearing. Loved his hat. Yet, somehow, he reminds me of Odin...

Yup, a burnt sienna and a Pilot mechanical 0.5 pencil.
I've been thinking of doing some guides at some point, and try and help people out. Maybe I should? heh

This drawing is just mind-blowing. Absolutely fantastic. I love the style. If you have more art like this you should be famous among artists.
PS I checked out your site just to see more art and I noticed some pretty awesome things. I, too, am a fan of folk and doom metal (among other things as well).

I love how sketchy this is while at the same time being very polished and stylized. This is really an amazing piece of work that is loaded with style.
Also, I really like how you've colored this with the hints of red. Truly great work.
