These two are heroes to their people in my work.

Shara Noodom is a Warrior Succubus who is a leader and hero to her people. (23 years old)
Liam Camoll is a famed hero who is nicknamed the Sword Breaker. (23 years old)

These two definitely start out as enemies to each other as Liam is aiding a Kingdom to expand into new lands, while Shara is the Demon Commander who is stopping him and the kingdom with her own forces. In fact, Liam and Shara both can't believe the strength of one another because they have yet to meet their match till now.

Shara wants to protect the lands from the invading Kingdom which, unknown to Liam, is already occupied by demons, who have apparently living there for a couple of decades. When Liam came across one of the villages, way ahead of the Kingdom's forces, he had finally realized that they were invading already owned land. Liam ended up protecting a demon village from an attack of mercenaries. Liam, blowing his cover, thought he was about to be overrun by demons but instead he was thanked by them. A couple of demons told him that they have constantly been under attack by the human mercenaries but never thought a human would be the one to save them. Later, Liam learned that the Legion run by Shara is actually a defense force created to protect the outer villages that are apart of the demon kings land.

Shara had received word of the mercenary attacks on the outer village closest to the invaders and decided to head out as quickly as possible. Before she could reach it, She was just given news by her scouts that the mercenaries were driven off by a frosty blue haired man. The scouts were unsure exactly who it was but they said he took them all on by himself. Shara was quite angry at the fact that one of her enemies is inside one of the villages, but that anger is conflicted with relief as she feared she would have been too late to help the village.

There is a lot more that goes on between these two but I am going to stop there for now. If I go any further, it would end up becoming a couple of pages.
