He dosen't look like commiting suicide but like hes gonna execute someone or hinting the viewer "Hey... im gonna shoot your brains out!"

nice on still could use some more shading
reminds me off a stupid yet fun game called borderlands also has that with the had in gun position aming at the head with the splatters
