Fantastic character design. Reminds me of something out of Phantasy Star (If you're not familiar, I HIGHLY recommend looking over the art and concept art from the games, especially from 1-4 on the Master System/Genesis).... Either that or something reminiscent of Dune (not quite Bene Gesserit or Honored Matres, mind you) as it makes me think of the desert.

I like the way you gifed this to give it a sort of static filter and the sparkles were a nice touch! Overall the style is really cute~!
