The shadowing is excellent, and the pose of the figure being transformed from one form to another gives a real notion of what she feels physically. Perhaps a little bit of additional color and highlighting in the background would help this to be a bit better.
It was meant to be monochromatic, with a dark setting. This is for practicing lighting, and light in the background would have messed up the focus. A bright light source on a model in a dark environment brings more focus to the sharp details of her chest.

her nipples look "pointy"

@billyf4eva it's because the location of the niples are just slightly to high, and their they're defying gravity as a consequence, also their seams to be a slightly interesting texture around them, that doesn't evenly go into dragon scale's or at lest on the right breast (and I'm using her right, not ours) or at lest in my opinion.
This is a great piece regardless though as this is a great theoretical depiction of a human to dragon transfiguration would most likely look like; if of course such a thing could only be this beautiful can't really be tested, but by the pure imagination of out minds.
Good work Man it is worthy of praise.
