Reminds me of Soren, even though he's a Barn Owl, while Petey is a Tasmanian Masked Owl. Anyway, nice painting.

I drew the lines for this for a project last year. Not entirely pleased with the project though, so I'm going to redo it before it ever gets to see the light of day.
The owl is a Tasmanian Masked Owl. One of my roommates named him Petey. Spent several hours on it over the past few days, I never meant to paint it when I drew the lines last year, but it seemed like it would be fun.
And all the commercials I've been seeing for Legend of the Guardians probably helped. Really want to see that movie.

I really love it. It's amazing and I like the way it's drawn. Also I like the background with the sparkles. And the owl is very well done. Good Job!
