Haven't done pokemon for a while now. I've been pretty busy with work and other projects.

I always have Gyarados in my team, He strong and has some great attacks.
Anyway its based on Prehistoric fish like the Dunkleoteus and The longest fish the oarfish. Took me about 20 hours

Enjoy

Of course, having known pokemon to be JUST plain color, not really having any blend or fades, i can't relate so much to this being a Gyarados. I would think it to be something like a Hydra.

Great work of fades and smearing the blue to be proportional and show the deep color blend of the art.
Truly an explosion.
