I had a sketch of this drawing and I wanted to finish it as quick as possible. This took me 8 hours to draw. I love he autumn it's my favorite part of the year. The outside world looks beautiful with all those colors. And I loved putting a Faun in this because it's a being of the forests.

I really like the look of it but I don't think the tree and the faun mesh well together. Well both are rendered amazingly the styles don't match at all; the tree is drawn in the Egyptian style (nothing overlapping) where as the Faun is not. Even the roots of the tree do not follow the same style as it does above. Having said that the lighting is nice and so is the use of color. It would just be really nice to see a more cohesive style; a more realistic rendering of the branches would have made all the difference for me (although I must admit there is a certain allure to the way the drawing looks... it reminds me of folklore art). Great work, but not as good as some of your others.

That is some serious detial you have there....the hair on the legs is amazing...and i love how you didnt just leave negative space at the top you filled it in using the amazing tree.....ASTOUNDING!
